RADIUM Holdings is a holding company owned by Sheikh Saad AL-ARIFI & Sons. The head quarter is located in AL-KHOBAR, in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.

Radium Holdings was incepted in 2007 G, in the activity of gated residential properties diversifying its projects in property management all over the kingdom. Hiring skilled and qualified team members, Radium Holdings is successfully running the day-to-day operations of around 2000 residential units in Eastern, Central and western regions of Saudi Arabia.
